This site is designed and implemented against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its working baseline. That is a design and testing commitment, not a certification claim.
Practices
What that baseline means in practice
- Semantic structure: native headings, landmarks, lists, tables, and controls throughout
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus, and no keyboard traps
- Complex diagrams, including the capability relationship map, carry complete visible text equivalents
- No meaning is conveyed by hover, color, motion, or canvas alone
- Reduced-motion preferences are respected; every scene has a static equivalent
- Content reflows at 200% zoom and 320 CSS pixels without horizontal scrolling
- Forms provide labels, error identification, and recovery without loss of input
