Work and evidence

The state of the work matters.

Deployed, demonstrated, and planned are not synonyms. This section is where ExistX claims meet their evidence. Every record states what was done, by whom, when, in which environment, with what result, limitation, and public-release status.

Status definitions

Five evidence states, defined once

Every work item on this site carries exactly one of these states. The definitions are strict on purpose. Maturity language is where trust is usually lost.

Deployed
In use within a named operational boundary, with an approval basis stated to the extent releasable.
Demonstrated
Shown to work in a named test, laboratory, or representative environment — with its limitations stated.
In Active Development
Currently being engineered toward a defined demonstration or delivery milestone.
Planned
Committed future work with a defined scope, shown only when strategically useful and clearly labeled.
Conceptual
A taxonomy label or design concept. Not evidence that the capability currently exists.

The record model

What every evidence record states

A record that omits any of these is not published. A tool name is not evidence; a diagram is evidence only when it depicts approved actual work and is labeled accordingly.

  • What was done, and the claim it supports
  • Attribution: corporate, team or key-personnel, partner, or Galois research
  • Date and environment, named to the extent releasable
  • System boundary and method
  • Result: bounded to what was actually shown
  • Limitation and residual uncertainty
  • Public-release status

Attribution model

Whose work a record describes

Attribution is stated on every record, because experience has owners:

Corporate

Work performed by ExistX as an organization. The only category presented as ExistX past performance.

Team and key personnel

Experience individuals bring from prior roles, labeled as team experience, never silently promoted to corporate history.

Partner

Work performed with or by partners, attributed to the partner and described only with permission.

Galois research

Research assets from the Galois-to-ExistX pipeline retain Galois attribution. Galois provides research; ExistX operationalizes.

Current records

Published records, by state

The evidence register below is the honest current answer, not a placeholder that implies more.

Discuss the evidence you need

If your evaluation needs evidence in a specific environment or against a specific property, say so. That requirement is a productive place to start a technical discussion.
