Engage
Start with the mission problem, not sensitive details.
A first contact should collect only what a first conversation needs. Pick the inquiry that fits, describe the general shape of the need, and keep every sensitive specific out of it.
Where to start
Four ways in, one rule
Each inquiry type reaches a named owner inside ExistX. The rule is the same for all of them:
Before you write
Do not include classified, controlled, proprietary, export-controlled, or customer-sensitive information in any message sent through this site. If a conversation needs to move into sensitive territory, it moves to an appropriate channel after the initial contact, never through this site.
01
Discuss a mission requirement
For Government mission and program stakeholders. Bring the unclassified shape of the problem: the mission area, the barrier, the system boundary, and the evidence your authority will require.
02
Request a technical discussion
For engineers and technical evaluators. Name the discipline or method in question and the property, boundary, or constraint you need to examine.
03
Explore a research or industry partnership
For research sponsors, laboratories, primes, and industry partners, including inquiries related to the Galois-to-ExistX pipeline.
04
Media and general inquiries
For media inquiries and anything that does not fit the other three. People interested in joining ExistX can use the dedicated Join the Mission introduction.
Inquiry form
Submit the appropriate inquiry
The form asks for the minimum a conversation needs: inquiry type, name, work email, organization, optional role, and a general non-sensitive description.
Handling
Privacy and response expectations
Inquiry contents are used to route and respond to your message and are handled per the privacy notice. Form contents are never sent to analytics.
No response turnaround is promised here. Response expectations are published only once they are measured. Verified mailing address and direct contact details publish on this page and the Locations page when verification completes.
