How it is used
Use, sharing, and retention
- Inquiry contents are used to route and respond to your message, nothing else
- Candidate introduction materials are used to evaluate potential alignment with ExistX and maintain relevant talent relationships
- Personal information is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except service providers operating this site or where the law requires
- Form and email contents, résumés, and supporting links are not sent to analytics, and no advertising trackers are used
- Inquiries and candidate introductions are retained only as long as needed for their stated purpose and to meet legal obligations
